Preparing for your visit at The Forum in Linköping:

Custom parking places are available 20 meters from the entrance. From there you can easily access The Forum by wheelchair.

The entrance has automatic door openers.

There are two elevators in the facility. One is located by the entrance of Vasavägen and will take you to the entrance level of the facility. The other one is located approximately 5 meters from the reception by the entrance of Konsistoriegatan and will take you to the conference halls at floor 1.

Borrow wheelchair
Linköping Konsert & Kongress has one wheelchair for borrowing. Contact the Visiting- and Meeting Service (Besöks- och Mötesservice) in order to book the wheelchair during your visit.

Hearing loop
Hearing loops are available in all conference rooms and next to all stages. Chairs located within a taped zone receives the best audio for the hearing loops. Please see the conceptual map located outside of each room.

We advice all visitors to avoid fragrant perfumes, aftershave, deodorant or similar that could induce allergic reactions.

Fur-bearing animals are not allowed in the premises If you have dietary-related questions, please contact or directly to

RWC-toilets with wider doors are located at both the entrance floor and the upper floor.
